What image can I upload?

A PNG, JPEG or WebP up to 10 MB, from a phone photo to a scan of a drawing. The bigger the picture, the sharper the print. Uploading never costs a credit. Only use pictures you have the right to print.

What if I don't have an image?

Describe one and we make it. Type what you want to see, pick a style, and the picture appears on the product ready to place. Your first 3 are free, and signing in adds 3 more.

Can I add text?

No, there is no text tool. If you want words on your print, put them in your picture before you upload it.

Why was my image blocked?

Every picture is checked against our content guidelines before it can be printed, and we don't print explicit, hateful or violent images. The check is automatic and can get it wrong. If you think it did, email support@inkesso.com and a person will review it.

What happens to my images?

We use them to make and print your designs, and never to train AI models. A design you never put on a product is deleted after 30 days. Designs you order are kept for two years, so we can reprint one that arrives damaged.

What is the product made of?

Each product page says what it is made of, how it fits and how to care for it. On clothing, the fabric composition also sits beside the price everywhere you can buy.

How big can the print be?

As big as the print area of the product you choose. The editor shows that area on the product, and you can move and scale your picture anywhere inside it.

Will it look like the preview?

Yes, as closely as a screen can show it. The preview is drawn on photographs of the real product with your picture where it will be printed, and it never flatters: a picture that disappears on a dark colour disappears in the preview too. Before you pay, your order shows a finished render of every item.

What does the price include?

The product, your print and shipping to your door. The price beside a design is the whole price, so nothing is added at checkout.

Where do you ship and how long does it take?

We ship to the EU and the US. Your order is at your door in 5 to 8 business days.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Printing starts within minutes of payment, so the window is short. To change or cancel, email support@inkesso.com straight away with your order number.

Can I return it?

Misprinted or damaged? Send a photo and we reprint it. Made to order for you, so no change-of-mind returns.

Which payment methods do you take?

You pay on Stripe's secure checkout, which shows the ways to pay that work where you are. We don't store your card details.

What do credits buy?

New pictures made from a description, one credit each, and nothing else. A credit can't pay for a product, and uploading your own photo never needs one. Packs start at €5.00 / $5.00 for 20 credits. When you order a design you made with credits, up to €3.00 / $3.00 of what they cost comes off that order.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits stay on your account until you spend them, however long that takes.

Do I need an account?

No. You can make a design and order it as a guest, then find your order with its number and your email. An account keeps your designs and orders together, adds 3 free designs and lets you buy credits.
